How to claim

Making a claim is an easy three-step process:

  • * Fill out a claim form
  • * Collect any supporting documents you need (the form will advise)​
  • * Send in your form with all the relevant supporting documents

How to submit your claim
You can send in your claim form and supporting documents by post.
Or you can scan your forms and supporting documents, and send them via mail, email, eSubmission (ESUB) or fax.​
