Kuala Lumpur, 12 October 2022 – FWD Takaful Berhad (“FWD Takaful”) has recently launched Your Protection Calculator (“YPC”), an artificial intelligence (AI) driven tool created to assist Malaysians in assessing and determining the appropriate level of takaful coverage.

YPC enables people to recognise where they stand with their takaful protection needs by comparing them to others with similar backgrounds. This tool lists people’s coverage needs by priority, coverage gap and estimated cost. Based on the person’s coverage needs, the tool can also generate personalised product recommendations. As such, it saves people time on research.
