If you answer yes to at least two of the scenarios mentioned below, this plan is for you.
Your finances will be severely affected by a prolonged loss of a portion of income.
Your existing medical plan has a limited annual limit and you don’t currently have any critical illness protection.
Your existing medical protection plan does not include extended outpatient treatment.
The entry age to be eligible are:
Person covered:
Minimum entry age: 17 Age Next Birthday (ANB)
Maximum entry age: 60 ANB
Certificate owner:
Minimum entry age: Age 17 ANB
Maximum entry age:
Age 60 ANB; but
No maximum entry age limit, if it is a 3rd party certificate i.e., where the certificate owner is not the person covered.
Person covered (for Type 2 diabetics*):
*Type 2 diabetics refer to individuals with at least two HbA1C test results below 8.0%, taken over the past 6 months.
Applicants must pass all underwriting eligibility criteria (refer to the FAQ No.3 below).
